Join us for the enchanting Fairy Festival at Lendonwood Gardens, a magical event for families and children of all ages! We are looking for dedicated volunteers to help make this whimsical day a memorable experience for all. Volunteer tasks will include assisting with children's craft projects, serving sweet treats, handing out fairy wings to the kiddos, and helping with other fun and interactive activities throughout the day.
This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to a community event, share your creativity, and help spread joy. Whether you’re helping a little one create their fairy crown or guiding guests through a day of enchantment, your involvement will make all the difference.
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
Assisting with fairy-themed craft stations for children
Serving sweet treats and snacks to attendees
Handing out fairy wings and accessories to children
Helping with event setup and teardown
Engaging with guests to ensure they have a magical experience
Volunteers will receive event details and a schedule in advance. All ages are welcome to participate, and we encourage anyone with a love for children, creativity, and a passion for helping to sign up.

Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Application Deadline: May 9, 2025
Grove:
Dates: June 17 – 20, 2025
Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Application Deadline: May 16, 2025
Eligibility for Day Camp:
Must be a Cherokee Nation citizen.
Must be entering 1st through 6th grade during the 2025 – 2026 school year.
Residential Camp:
Dates: July 27 at 2:30 p.m. – August 1, 2025 (pickup between 2 - 5 p.m. at Heart O’ Hills)
Application Deadline: June 27, 2025
Eligibility for Residential Camp:
Must be a Cherokee Nation citizen.
Must be entering 7th through 12th grade during the 2025 – 2026 school year.
Registration:
Camp registration is available online at camp.cherokee.org. Applications open on March 14, 2025.
We also welcome at-large citizens to the residential camp. Arrangements can be made in advance for pickup and drop-off at the Tulsa Airport for students providing their own airfare.
